They have approximately ten Three Bedroom Apartments which differ slightly in layout. The majority are townhouse style with three bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the first floor and living areas on the ground floor, however some apartments are located on the one level (Ground Floor only). Fixed bedding in the apartments is one queen bed and four single beds. Two additional rollaway beds or cots are permitted in these apartments. Specific apartment styles and bedding configurations can be requested at the time of booking, but due to limited stock cannot be guaranteed.

The second bedroom has two bunk beds suitable for up to four children. Featuring full kitchen with coffee machine and complimentary pods, television in lounge and bedrooms and designer furniture. These apartments can sleep up to six people on existing bedding and one infant (0-two years) in a cot.
