Located on Lara Station (a working cattle property), Lara Wetlands is a bush camping ground set around a tranquil wetland teaming with birdlife. All natural hot artesian thermal pool, bushwalks, pushbikes, kayaks, children's play ground and camp kitchen all provided free of charge.

During June, July & August there is Saturday camp oven dinners with entertainment, 3 x weekly happy hours, tours of the historical homestead and property and bird watching tours.
