Mackay Mayor's Charity Ball 2025

Step right up for one of Mackay's biggest red-carpet events at the MECC.

After a successful 2024 Ball that raised $80,000 for two local charities, the 2025 event is expected to be bigger than ever!

The theme for this year's Ball is Vintage Carnival, which will take you on a magical journey back in time. There will even be a classic side-show area to challenge your skills and roving entertainers to wow the audience.

Ball-goers will dance the night away with some dazzling Diamond Divas! The Diamonds world-class show features hits from the original sisters of soul, the Legends of Motown and Divas of Disco and pop, from Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross and The Supremes, through to Whitney Houston, Lady Gaga and Beyonce. They recently opened for Kylie Minogue in Singapore and Beyonce in Sydney, so they're ready to rock the MECC!

Complimented by Channel 7's The Great Outdoors host and the evening's emcee Chris Parsons, talented local entertainment and amazing auction items, this event is not to be missed!

Funds raised at the Ball will be donated to two incredible local charities – Grapevine Group and The Salvation Army's Family Violence Service.

The event will run from 6.30pm until late.
