Everything provided, just bring your own beach towels. There is 1 queen bedroom plus 2 single beds in second bedroom, under shade car park for one vehicle or use the multi-story car park nearby for your 2nd vehicle.

The balcony has direct views of Yeppoon main beach and the Keppel Kracken water park - fantastic for people watching!

Walk 150 - 200 metres right and you'll be at the Sailing Club, Beachfront Lagoon, Vue, The Bungalow or Jolt. Go left and you'll end up at The Strand and Yeppoon's shopping strip.

Other things to note: This is an older building and therefore you may hear the movement of people and foot falls from the unit above.

1 bathroom & 1 toilet and free laundry (downstairs in service area).

If you have a second car, you will find a large free community park 50 metres in Queen St.

Beach Belle has a wonderful position - you'll feel amongst it all but at the same time relaxed and incognito!
