This special wildlife tour explores the wildlife of Far North Queensland at Wildlife Habitat, before embarking on an adventure into the Daintree Rainforest for a day of culture and swimming at Mossman Gorge.

We start the day with a scenic coastal drive through some of the most inspiring scenery in the world, the winding road travels through the tropical rainforest and along secluded beaches.

Our first stop of the day is the Daintree Rainforest River Cruise, we jump aboard ‘Solar Whisper’ the only zero emission boat on the Daintree River. This whisper quiet boat can glide quietly up to crocodiles and other wildlife without scaring them or hurting their habitat. This boat is fitted with the unique “Croc Cam” to help show well camouflaged crocodiles and wildlife, this beautiful experience practices true Eco Tourism.

Nestled in the World Heritage Listed Daintree Rainforest, is our next stop - Mossman Gorge.

Your ‘welcome to country’ is offered by an experienced interpretive Indigenous guide, that demonstrates traditional plant use and a body paint whilst providing an enchanting narrative of the rainforest and their special relationship with this unique tropical environment.

After your welcome to country, your guide will lead you through the Daintree Rainforest, showcasing the unique plants and other features of the rainforest.

Enjoy some free time to swim in the crystal-clear waters of Mossman Gorge.
