Winton will celebrate 150 Years in 2025 – by celebrating the town’s rich history of growth, perseverance, and success.
A highlight of the year is the Winton 150 Year Celebration Weekend from Friday 11 April to Sunday 13 April 2025.
Visitors and residents will be treated to a host of memorable activities and events over the weekend. This includes a meet and greet morning tea, plaque unveiling ceremony, drone sky show, gala ball, vintage style handmade and craft market, a display of “Trades and Crafts” from the past, a grand parade and vintage-dress up day, old-style novelty sports, fireworks and a Sunday carnival, great live music, food, and tours to townships and places of interest in the region.
This weekend promises to be full of memories nostalgia, fun, surprises, and the opportunity to re-unite with your family, and friends, return home, and enjoy the hospitality and friendly spirit of Winton.
