Anzac Day Troop Train

The Mary Valley Rattler and Gympie RSL Sub Branch invite you to step back in time aboard the Commemorative ANZAC Day Troop Train. This special journey is a heartfelt tribute to honour the spirit of ANZAC and remember the brave men and women who served our nation.

Be welcomed onboard by cadets in uniform, setting the tone for this solemn journey.

Receive a red poppy, a symbol of remembrance, as a tribute to those who served.

Reflect during the recitation of The Ode, a powerful moment of respect and gratitude.

Enjoy the comforting tradition of station-made ANZAC biscuits, a nod to the past and a taste of history.

A Taste of Tradition:

Upon returning to the historic Gympie Station, enjoy a delicious ANZAC-inspired traditional roast lunch, served in the spirit of camaraderie and community.
