Island View Caravan Park offer fantastic style accommodation for couples, families and groups holidaying in Australia’s beautiful Tropical Coast of Capricorn Queensland. Their guests can enjoy a range of quality self-contained holiday accommodation, van and camping sites , extensive family friendly facilities, kids’ activities, warm hospitality and a relaxed atmosphere.

Island View has a jumping pillow, a barbecue area called the NAJBA Bar - very modern with up-to-date amenities. Also now an Alfresco Area which can hold functions for up to approximately 80 people per function, with game table, a big screen television and two new pools (one adults only and one for the whole family).

Island View Caravan Park is far enough out of town to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the bush and beach and yet still be close enough to excellent shopping facilities, tourist attractions and delightful picnic areas, popular restaurants, hotels and clubs conveniently located a short drive away or catch the courtesy bus (selected venues).

Island View is located only six kilometres south of Rosslyn Bay Boat Harbour which allows any boat owner to launch their boat at one of two boat ramps onsite, Rosslyn Bay is the gateway to Great Keppel Island.

Superior Chalets

Seaview Chalets, catering for couples or families of up to six people. They are fully self-contained, air-conditioned, beautifully furnished two bedroom cabins with sea views from the balconies. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and private television. The second bedroom has bunks for the family. Different bedding configurations are available with television in some second bedrooms. The bathroom and toilet area are separate from each other for easier use. Well appointed kitchens with ovens (in some) hotplates, microwave, electric fry pans, fridge, all crockery and cutlery, irons and ironing boards. All this helps make your stay enjoyable. The lounge area has a television, DVD and comfortable lounges. All linen and blankets are provided. No pets allowed inside or on veranda's.

Non Ensuited Cabins

NON ENSUITED CABINS, catering for couples or families of up to 4 people. They are fully self-contained, air-conditioned, beautifully furnished ONE bedroom cabins with balconies. The main bedroom has a DOUBLE size bed .The cabin has bunk beds for the family. Well appointed kitchenette , microwave, electric fry pans, fridge, all crockery and cutlery, All this helps make your stay enjoyable. The lounge area has a television, DVD and comfortable lounges. All linen and blankets are provided. No pets allowed inside or on veranda's.

Powered Site

Friendliness, cleanliness and old fashioned service is what welcomes you on arrival at Island View. You can choose your site if it is not busy. A lovely atmosphere in a shaded, cared for park with mostly large sites. It is only a 100 metre walk to the beach. You are welcome to bring along your dog as long as it is on a lead at all times, picked up after and does not annoy any other guests. Kinka Beach is a dog friendly beach where you are able to run your dog leash free at certain times of the day. They are a Top Holiday Park.

En-Suited Site

Wonderfully spacious, deluxe unit has a separate bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom has two single beds. Kitchen area includes oven, microwave and fridge with open lounge and dinning area.

All units and cabins are self contained, everything supplied including linen and a starter kit which is complimentary.
