Scenic Rim Adventure Park Harris Cottage

Harris Cottage is the original homestead for the valley and is located at the entry of SRAP. Throughout this 695-acre property at Tamrookum Creek, there are 14 level ground bush camping areas for back-to-basic self-sufficient bush camping.

The cottage has a fully catered kitchen, dining, lounge, bathroom and three bedrooms room catering for up to 7 people. Campfire pit, BBQ within a private fence yard.

Campsites have fire pits, and bags of cut wood are for sale. There is a powered site near our main entry for motor homes. There are two areas accessible for 2WD, All-WD, and caravans, you do require a 4WD vehicle to access the remaining campsites.

Our sites are open level grassed areas some appropriate for large groups others for individual vehicles. We do not mix unknown groups on the same campsite

Dry chemical or compost toilets within walking distance of campsite. Drive back to the main car park for hot showers 7am to 5pm.

The property has a no glass beer bottle policy. You are requested to take your own rubbish home as there is no garbage service.

Pets are permitted on leads at all times. We have a lot of wildlife, some on the endangered list.
