Join the crew on a guided stand-up paddle tour through the oldest rainforest in the world stopping off at your own private beach for a swim, exotic fruit tasting and rope swinging. Learn about the rainforest, region and culture. Its like bush walking with out leaving foot prints. Tours run for 2-2.5hrs including board hire, experienced local paddle guide, skills session before you depart and a magical zen drift back taking in the sounds, smells and sights of the rainforest. This is definitely the coolest activity to do and is the best way to beat the heat with a morning 9am or arvo 2pm session. Private group tours available.

Kickstart your day out on the ocean with the ultimate range of water sports!! Begin your adventure enjoying the fast scenic boat ride along Four Mile Beach down to WindSwell’s water sports playground where your session starts with an instructed demo by the crew, who will coach you along the way and have a few tricks to get you up and riding!

It’s an experience for beginners to advanced wake boarders, with the knee board available and the opportunity to ride above the surface like a magic carpet when you book a separate FLITE BOARD session ($300pp for 2hrs). To finish your session off, lay down and hang on for some adrenalin filled fun with a bumper tube ride!

Should water conditions remain butter smooth, WindSwell can get you walking on water with Stand-Up Paddle boards as an add-on to your session ($60pp).

Whatever your water sports combo may be, while you’re floating out there, secluded from the crowds, don’t forget to have a look around! Try spot turtles, rays and occasional dolphins! Meet the kite crew and qualified WindSwell instructors at Four Mile Park off Barrier Street to get pumped up and learn to fly at 10am daily! Sign up for 2 to 3 lessons at $300 each, which is the best way to learn about the do's, don'ts and rules of the sport, how to rig up your kite, self-rescuing techniques, safety pack downs as well as tips around location, equipment and conditions.

You'll start your in-water portion of the lesson with kite control and body dragging in a warm sandy lagoon offering the best kiting conditions for all riders.

Options to compress it into 1-day Zero to Hero lesson, or stretch it across 5,7 or 10 days to really unlock the skills and your confidence in the sport. Land-based Introductory Kite Lessons are available and ideal for kids or participants not wanting to enter the water to learn kite control, start at 9am daily for $100.

The simple streamlined Nacra 36 Sailing Catamaran, known as Adrenalin, harnesses the wind and rides the swell beautifully with great stability, buoyancy and comfort for 10 passengers, including 2 out on the trapeze, plus 2 crew members.

Adrenalin is all sail, hull and trampoline providing a unique sailing experience off Port Douglas during the Morning and Sunset Sails.

Adrenalin can capture the wind out to Low Isles for an adventurous private charter experience for up to 6 passengers where you’ll be secluded from the crowds out on the Great Barrier Reef. Your full or half day trip will include snorkelling with their onboard marine biologist, island time, exotic fruit platter, lunch and manta towing / sub wing snorkelling to finish off the day in an unreal way!
