This popular stop offers ample parking, picnic and BBQ facilities, an all-abilities playground, and a dog-friendly off-leash park.

The Centre is your gateway to local knowledge with maps, visitor guides, national park information, and souvenirs. We also offer free Wi-Fi and issue state gold fossicking licenses.

Known as the town that saved Queensland after gold was discovered in 1860, Gympie is rich in history. Discover the past with a stroll along the heritage trail, visit the Gold and Woodworks Museums, or hop aboard the historic Mary Valley Rattler.
