Mayan Luxe Villas

Mayan Luxe Villas is bespoke accommodation in the Hinterland town of Kin Kin, Queensland – a 30-minute drive from Noosa.

Set on 100 acres with views of the surrounding countryside, this unique property is constructed with the sustainable building material, rammed earth. It offers east and west wing suites each featuring a deck, king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. One suite also has a kitchenette, laundry facilities and an outside “bath with a view”.

The central living pavilion comprises a Queen Bed bedroom with access to separate guest bathroom, a large open plan lounge and dining area seating 10, chef's kitchen and butler's pantry. A high-quality Queen Bed sofa bed is available in the central living area.

Outside there are three alfresco entertaining and dining areas in beautifully landscaped grounds, overlooking the plunge pool and surrounding farmland. A pizza oven and firepit add to the outside entertaining ambience.

The property features recycled and milled timbers and railway sleepers from the original slab hut on Mayan Farm. There are polished concrete floors throughout and the craftsmanship is evident in the unique fixtures and fittings.
