Guests will be able to get a taste of the island life aboard the original 35-metre-long, Lady Musgrave HQ, which features luxury accommodation, dining and an underwater observatory while also having the opportunity to delve deeper into the World Heritage-listed Great Barrier Reef.  The new pontoon will allow guests to stay overnight at the HQ, marvel at the Great Barrier Reef above and below water while studying one of Australia’s most remarkable natural gifts.

The purpose-built educational hub will offer experiences for guests to join a Guided Snorkel Safari, be a Marine-Biologist-for-a-Day and experience the Reef Keeper program research hub. Not just for guests, the pontoon will allow the wildlife ecology team and partners to complete reef health surveys, collect data and conduct research about our states biggest natural asset. Coral adoption and transplanting activities are also planned at this educational haven.
