The Bauple Museum was opened in 2001. An impressive community effort, the museum documents the history of Bauple and the former Tiaro Shire using a variety of photos and memorabilia collected from local families, illustrating the life of the local pioneers. Equipment and uniforms from World War I are included in the collection, showing life from the country at the turn of the twentieth century.
Gardens and a children's playground have been established, and public toilets, Barbecues and covering sheds plus tables and seating have been installed, all of which are available free of charge to the public, travellers and locals alike. These facilities are maintained and paid for by the Society and are available at any time all year round. Lighting around the park is also maintained by the Society. The park and gardens have been fenced making it a safe area for children to play in the small playground.
