There’s a spacious bedroom - complete with a cloud-like bed – and an open, marble-drenched bathroom with a free-standing tub boasting some of the best views in Australia.

And the luxury continues with a separate living room and covered outdoor balcony that spills out onto a private heated plunge pool. Just steps away, you can sink your toes in the sugar white sand, or recline – with a cocktail in hand – on the sun lounges, with the crystal clear water lapping at your feet.

Despite sitting within the exclusive adults-only area of the resort, each pavilion comes with concierge service and has access to all that the InterContinental Hayman Island Resort has to offer. That means trips to the luxury Hayman spa, first-class gym, two iconic swimming pools and various dinning and bar options are all on the menu during your stay.

Plus the option to book exclusive trips to explore the Great Barrier ReefHeart Reef, Whitehaven Beach, or any one of the Whitsundays 74 sandy isles.

Scheduled to open in September 2022, InterContinental Hayman Island Resort General Manager, Arpad Romandy, says the pavilions were built due to an increase in demand with holidaymakers consistently booking out the prime resort destination in the heart of the world-famous Great Barrier Reef.

“We expect the Pavilions to be very popular with couples and guests seeking privacy in a more secluded area of the resort," he says.

"With their absolute beachfront position, private plunge pool and stand-alone design, the Pavilions offer a new style of luxury accommodation for our guests and will further enhance our award-winning resort.”

The pavilions are available for booking now and prices start from $2750 per night.
