Immerse yourself in a pristine wilderness as you explore one of just two Everglades in the world; a stunning place of serene natural beauty, bursting with rare animal and plant species, once graced by the Kabi Aboriginal Tribe. Family owned and operated by an Australian kayak champion, Kanu Kapers use streamlined locally handcrafted kayaks for maximum cruising pleasure and provide expert kayaking tuition. Delicious fresh food and fresh coffee is served on the river bank amongst ancient rain forest, the perfect place to take a dip and cool off.

Experience the remotest reaches of the Everglades and upper Noosa River system (not accessible by motorboat) which extends towards rainbow beach and Fraser Island. Unique experience to camp beside the pristine Upper Noosa River and sleep under a magical blanket of stars.

Stunning expansive views of the Great Sandy National Park and the lilies of Fig Tree Lake. Duration: 8.30am to 12.00pm. Available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Tours can be tailored to suit varying kayaking experience and fitness levels and they can cater for children with their youngest participant to date being just four years old (minimum age depending on size and ability of child to be able to stay sitting in the kayak for periods of 30 to 40 minutes).
