Known for its awesome location along the East Coast of Queensland, Discovery Parks – Mackay (formerly BIG4 Mackay Marine Tourist Park) is a tropical oasis dotted just two kilometres from the Mackay Marina precinct and central business district. Take five and relax in the park or head out and discover the emerald blue beaches, breathtaking views and curious wildlife nearby. You can even pack your walking shoes and explore the lush surrounding rainforests.

If the kids are tagging along, the park has got you covered! They can spend their days cooling off in the splash park while you lounge by the pool, or even try their hand at taking on the tyre maze and having a hit in the free mini-golf green.

With a range of accommodation options including cabins, powered sites and en-suite sites, you can tailor your stay to suit your needs. Join the park in a cabin for two, perfect for a couple’s getaway, or bring the whole family and stay comfortably in a cabin for six. Modern two bedroom cabins with a huge deck overlooking the pools areas. Offers a plush queen bed in the main bedroom, with two sets of bunks in the second bedroom.

The modern kitchen has cooking facilities, and you'll be able to kick back in the comfortable living area with lounge, other seating, and television. The room is fully air-conditioned, and parking is immediately beside your cabin.

The Superior one Bedroom Cabins offer a queen bed in a separate bedroom. In the lounge/kitchen area is a double pull out sofa bed, and a single bed with a single trundle bed underneath. Kitchen facilities include cook top, microwave and full size fridge. All villas are air-conditioned for your comfort.
