If you know a 2020 school-leaver searching for a different type of Schoolies experience this year, a sailing adventure in North-East Queensland may be just what they’re looking for.

Schoolies XP has two brand new seven-day tours on offer to show you the beauty of Queensland’s coast, along with the usual Schoolies cocktail of parties and beaches.

Island Dayz: Overnight Boat

Kicking off in Airlie Beach, the Overnight Boat tour hits up some of the best destinations along the North East Coast of Queensland. Through the week, guests will sail The Whitsundays on a million-dollar boat before heading to Magnetic Island to stay at a stunning beach island resort. The adventure finishes in Cairns for a whirlwind of action-packed activities, including chasing waterfalls and snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef.

Island Days: Land Ahoy!

While similar to the Overnight Boat tour, the Land Ahoy! itinerary will see you travelling around the Whitsunday Islands on high powered ocean rafts as you explore Whitehaven Beach, snorkel, bushwalk and party all in one day, before heading over to Magnetic Island and Cairns.

For both tours, flights need to be booked to Proserpine Airport and your tour guide will greet you there.

As the countdown to Schoolies 2020 begins, here’s what to pack for a Whitsundays sailing adventure
