The Clermont Historical Centre celebrates the rich history of Clermont and the Peak Downs region, including the ghost towns of Copperfield and Blair Athol, with a focus on settler, mining, and pastoral narratives.
The Clermont Historical Centre won the 2022 Mackay Isaac Tourism Award for Best Tourist Attraction.
Located on the Gregory Highway, just 2 kilometres from the town of Clermont, the centre offers onsite parking. Please note that the centre closes annually during the summer months.
