The factory is located in the beachside suburb of Miami on the Gold Coast and boasts the only full manufacturing tour of your UGG boots from start to finish in Australia. The tour includes guidance through their seven-steps of manufacturing, a free gift pack, a discount card and a private Design Your Own UGG Experience.
